Hello nation, this is Alexander Caldwell here, tuning in from Kansas City, Missouri. I'm originally from Freedomsport, Denmark. I'm an international student studying at Park University where I play golf.

Alexander Cordrey (Golf, Park University) grew up in MO. HelloNation asks student athletes one question about the place that raised them and records the answer on camera. This is Alexander Cordrey’s, in full.

Hello nation, this is Alexander Caldwell here, tuning in from Kansas City, Missouri. I'm originally from Freedomsport, Denmark. I'm an international student studying at Park University where I play golf. Like I said, I was originally from Denmark. Some of the local businesses in Freedomsport, Denmark where I grew up have really helped me become the person I am and supported my journey to become a professional golfer and to study at a much higher level. One of the first people I would really like to thank is Robert Gale who's the owner of Gale Golf Shop, who's been a big support golf-wise, equipment-wise, training-wise, and just inspirational all in all. And the one who's been very good locally has been Charlotte Kirsten with a nice cafe, really a nice unique new concept where people come in and really be creative with artwork and at the same time get food and really be social. A big location and very popular in the town and a big part of what Freedomsport, or what makes Freedomsport, Freedomsport. Another one is a nice ice cream shop down by the lake owned by my neighbor Alexander. Massive, massive place. We've done both ice cream and cakes to be open all year round. It's a really, really nice location that gathers everybody in the summer and a definite place I would like to visit.
