Name three small business owners in your community who have had a meaningful impact on others or inspired you personally. Who are they, and why do they stand out as a pillar of your community? The first one's Todd Huber. Todd Huber is the owner of Skate Lab in Simi Valley, California. I actually went there a lot growing up, but it's funny. So it's a skate park in California, or in Simi Valley, and it invites kids from any ages to come and find a community and to grow. Super inviting, super inclusive. It gives you a community. It gives you a family. It's unbelievable, and he's great at what he does. He helps reinvest money into youth programs, and he helps the youth really grow. The second person that comes to mind is John Wolfe. John Wolfe's in the Simi Valley City Chamber of Commerce. John Wolfe especially targets small businesses, and he's helped economic growth greatly in Simi Valley. He helps with public and private events and getting businesses connected. He helps people in Simi Valley invest in these businesses and buy. And the last person I can think of is Scott Joaquim. He's the founder of the Tax Defense Group here. Scott Joaquim's done an unbelievable job at helping mainly low-income people and low-income businesses get money where they deserve it.
