My community in Ruston, Louisiana, the place I'm currently exploring around, is a great place to raise a family because there is a great community here. Anyone you ask is more than happy to help you with any task, whether it's your neighbor, whether it's the guy across the street, whether it's the owner of the hotel, he's happy to help you in any situation, anywhere. I know plenty of great people here that I've grown up with my entire life, friends, such as Will, Cohen, Jalen, these are great people who I met in school, who I met around town, who I met through work, and they're happy to help anyone in any situation. So whenever you have a family, whenever you have a child coming along the way, they're going to be there to support you, they're going to be there to offer guidance, they're going to be there to show you their experiences, what they went through, and they're going to be more than happy to give you anything you need, anything that they can do, they're going to offer to help. That's why this community is a great place to raise a family, because of all the people here to help, all those great folks I just mentioned that just want to help, just want help and know that you can do the same for them. That's why this is a great place to raise a family, because of the great people around here. Thank you.
