The three small businesses owners in Houston who stand out to me are the Breakfast Club owner, which is Marcus Davis, then Frenchie's Chicken founder, which is Percy Croissant, and Shipley Donuts, which the founder is Lawrence Shipley. They stand out because they build businesses that become important parts of the Houston community and impacted many people beyond their products. The Breakfast Club is known not only for food, but also for bringing people together and creating a welcoming environment. The Frenchies become an important local businesses that grew through hard work and become a symbol of Houston's culture. Then Shipley Donuts started as a small business and grew into a well-known company while still keeping like a strong local roots. I think these business owners are inspiring because they show how dedication, hard work, and caring about the community can create a lasting impact and also becoming a pillar of the city.
