The question

Tell us about a business that matters to your hometown — the town you grew up in, not your college town. Not just that it's there, but what it does for the people around it and why it's worth knowing about.

Transcript. What follows is a transcript of the video above, in Hanna Davis’s own words. It has not been rewritten, and no part of it was drafted for them.

A business to me in my hometown of Canandaigua is a small business and it's a venue called Lincoln Hill Farms and this venue allows all the people from the community to come together, listen to some music, as well as seeing all the animals. There's chickens, there's goats, there's a few pigs as well, and it's just a really good place for the community to come together, hang out, get some food, get some drinks, and listen to some live music.
