In Charlotte, there's a bunch of fitness groups and run clubs that get together every Tuesday or every Sunday, every Wednesday depending on the group and they get together and just work out and I honestly think that is one of the best things in the world just to come together as a community and work out and that it just really drives that motivation to be fit when you're doing that last set and you're struggling to get up there's somebody behind you to pick you up and I just love that supportive community in the fitness community.
