My name is Logan Brown. I am a current grad student at Kentucky State University. I graduated undergrad from Langston University in Oklahoma. I'm from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and what makes my community a great place to raise a family is that Oklahoma City is a very sports-based city. We have a lot of good professional sports teams. We have one good professional sports teams and a lot of great teams in general. Oklahoma City Thunder, they recently won the NBA championship. Then we also have the Oklahoma Sooners, who's always a really good competitor. Personally, growing up in my city, I've always looked up to my high school team. I went to Carlisle High School. They're always competitive for state championships. They've won the past six out of seven state championships, I'm pretty sure, and the way they play is just astonishing. I looked up to them, and it was a great honor to wear that jersey on the field. My community has sports anywhere, youth sports everywhere. You can play any sport for basically free. It's very cheap, and it kind of raises great athletes, and I just really appreciate that about my city.
